Review of FY 2010 Appropriations Outcomes: Increases/Decreases

The FY 2010 appropriations’ cycle drew to a close when President Obama signed the Department of Defense Appropriations bill. While most budget items tracked by FYI received funding increases, there were some decreases.

Below are percentage changes between FY 2009 and FY 2010 funding. FY 2009 funding does not include economic stimulus funding. No allowances have been made for changes in program content, completion of construction projects, or congressionally designated items.
