Room 135, Lyman Laboratory at Harvard University. First apparatus for reaching 30,000 Kg/cm squared with one stage of external support. Showing two hydraulic pumps, press with top lifted and supporting rings removed from cylinder, bridge and potentiometer at right. Press made in 1936.
