A high-field strength cryomagnet having a volume many times larger than any previously known will be used in magnetic research at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Lewis Research Center.  The 200 kilogauss cryomagnet is shown here being examined by Willard D. Coles (left), Head, Magnetics Section, Lewis Research Center, and John C. Fakan.
