This drawing by Ippei Okamoto, 'Die Nase als Gedanken-Reservoir' (The Nose as Thought Reservoir), was published in 'Asahi Shimbun,' a Japanese newspaper, during Einstein's successful 1922-1923 tour of Japan, apparently as a satirical comment on German anti-Semitism.
