Fermilab H9
Aerial view of the Proton area at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Here protons coming from the main accelerator are studied in three independent target stations buried under the ground in pits below the scalloped roofs. The proton Pagoda is the building standing on pedestals at the right in this photo. The Pagoda houses the control room for the Proton area. The area in the upper center of photo is the Neutrino Area.
