Portrait of Ludwig Roth, the then new director of research for Northrop Corporation's Norair Division. Dr. Roth was chief of preliminary design at the famous German rocket center at Peenemuende, and later assistant to Dr. Wernher Von Braun in the U.S. Army Ballistic Missile Agency at Redstone Arsenal.
